We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist that will help Insense find the best talent for our increasingly growing Global Remote team!
Along with your teammates in the Talent department, you will take part in the full recruitment cycle of candidates across the LATAM & EU.

🛠 You will:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from briefing with team leaders, drafting and posting jobs ads, to sourcing, screening candidates, and scheduling further interviews with hiring managers and heads of department;
- Hire candidates for multiple roles such as Development, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations;
- Participate in analyzing our recruitment processes and take part in their improvement and maintenance;
- Make sure our ATS databases and candidate details are up to date and easily accessible;
- Work according to the EST timezone.
👩🏻💻 About you:
- You have experience managing a 360 recruitment process and are ready to engage in discussions with hiring managers to ‘get to the bottom’ of each vacancy;
- You are familiar with various sourcing tools and job posting websites across different markets and are proactive about learning new ways to find the best talent;
