👋🏻 Hey there!
We’re looking for a full-cycle Sales Manager who will manage all aspects of the sales process and acquire customers that will benefit from Insense.
Along with your teammates in the Sales department, you will leverage your track record of success in MRR sales to acquire customers that will benefit from Insense.
This role is full-time and fully remote. You must be available every working day between 9 am and 6 pm EST.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the sales process: designing and delivering sales presentations, running demo sessions, handling objections, developing sales emails, relentless follow-ups, and closing clients;
- Develop current outbound marketing channels and implement new leads generation projects (email outreach and marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, etc);
- Monitor and implement best sales practices in addition to staying on top of the latest influencer marketing and paid social trends to ensure goal achievement;
- Design, implement and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes;
- Continually seek opportunities for improving the customer journey before purchase;
- Drive growth in recurring revenue by increasing the number of demo sessions, the conversion rate from demo to purchase, and the number of new customers.
👩🏻💻 Requirements
- You possess 2+ years of relevant experience, which includes completing and owning sales operation tasks and responsibilities (preferably in B2B SaaS or a marketplace) and working with all levels of management internally and externally;
- You have a hands-on experience with analytics dashboards, presentations, and CRM software (experience with HubSpot is a huge plus);
- You have a high level of empathy and a customer-oriented mindset, as well as strong interpersonal, organization, and self-management skills.
- Your English level is Advanced or Proficient (C1-C2).
