π Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for self-service clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform.
- Master the Insense platform and the broader domain of paid social advertising to provide best practices, consultative advice, and effective problem-solving to our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a partnership that promotes loyalty and growth.
- Manage multi-channel client communication, proactively reaching out to accounts, and providing tailored support and solutions based on their needs.
- Assist in the execution of internal client activation campaigns, driving customer engagement and product adoption.
- Utilize data, product updates, and market trends to recommend growth opportunities to our client base.
- Proactively identify churn risks within your portfolio and develop strategies to mitigate and eliminate such risks.
- Collaborate with the Customer Operations Team, aiding in daily customer operations, back-office tasks, and projects.
- Be the customer advocate within the organization, influencing our sales process and product roadmap based on client feedback and needs.
